Partnering with people, families and local authorities
We work alongside local authorities, care navigators, families and individuals to deliver person-centred support across the UK.
Local authorities
Whether you’re commissioning supported living, visiting care or specialist support in your community, Medicarehub is here to help. We collaborate with local authorities and care navigators across the UK to provide our services and expertise.

- A careful process to match carers with the people they support
People who need support
We provide care for adults who need support or specialist care. Our trained carers can help with many types of care, including:
- Learning disabilities
- Autism
- Mental health needs
- Physical impairments
- Convalescent care
- Dementia care
- Bariatric care
- Older adults

Support with no time limits
Every person is involved in decisions about how their service is delivered, including daily routines in their own home. Needs are identified and acted on through each person’s Individual Care & Support Plan and Person-Centred Planning (PCP).
Where someone can’t take part in decisions because of their disability, we consult relatives and other significant people so their likes and preferences are reflected in the care plan.
We do not provide nursing care.
Let’s talk about the support you need
Our friendly team will listen, answer your questions and help you find the right care — no pressure, no jargon.
